Pre-Pay Courtesy:
A pre-payment courtesy of 5% courtesy (on treatment over $2 500.00) will be subtracted from the total obligation if the entire treatment plan is paid in full, with a check or cash, 48 hours before the start of treatment.

Third Party Financing:

For every $100 spent on treatment, you earn a punch. Fill the card and you've earned
